Rental of the VIP Lounge is available exclusively with the rental of Dogwood Pond.

Rate Information

  • Family reunions: $2,000.00 each day
  • Repass upon availability: 4 hour rental $400.00
  • Late fee - $250.00 per hour beginning 30 minutes after the scheduled end time.
  • A $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required to secure your date (refundable from 3 to 5 business days after the scheduled event if the venue is vacated at the allotted time and left in the condition it was rented).
  • $125.00 for a Security Guard- per guard, per event ($25.00 an hour over 5 hours)
  • 10% discount- military (person renting the venue must present ID)
